Water Leak from Ceiling in Basement

Got the call "Water leaking from ceiling in basement" right before the Memorial Day weekend. This customer had a handicapped Mom who needed that toilet to be functional for the weekend. I jumped in on Friday morning to remove and replace the absolutely rotten lead bend.
I had my tile man follow up the same day to replace the broken-up tile, I returned on Saturday to solder on a new toilet flange and reset the toilet with new toilet bolts and wax gasket. Another happy customer, another water leaking from ceiling in basement solved. Enjoy!
Happy Plumbing,
Bob
