I show you how to remove a basin when you’re doing a bathroom refurbishment or renovation – or for whatever reason. I’ll show you how to turn off the hot and cold water. How to disconnect your old flexible water supply hoses. How to remove the old taps from your basin. We’ll then remove the waste pipe from the bottom of the basin waste, then cut away and remove the basin itself. I’ll also show you how to remove the pedestal.

In the next video we’ll talk about planning the bathroom and doing the first fix of the pipework, ready for the new bath, radiator and vanity unit basin.
